Approaching Leadership

Our Approaching Leadership Programme is aimed at aspirant leaders from all phases & sectors and it is facilitated by experienced Senior Leaders from within our Alliance.  In the past three years 65 participants from schools within and outside the Alliance have completed the programme with 54% of these colleagues gaining promoted posts, often within their own school.

As part of the Approaching Leadership Programme participants complete a significant impact project within their department/school.
